The Zaya Bluetooth Speaker Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Infinium Spirits, Inc., 510 Market Street, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92101 (“Sponsor”) and administered by Motive Marketing Group, 31103 Rancho Viejo Road, Suite D-2113, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (“Administrator”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, alcohol beverage licensees (including distributors and retailers), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter in one of two ways:

1. QR Code Entry: Scan the QR code located on promotional materials to access the online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete the form. Standard data rates may apply.
2. Online Entry: Visit Motivemktg.com/zaya-speaker and complete the online entry form.

Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or automated entries are prohibited. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about October 3, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select NINETY-TWO (92) Prize Winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by text, email, or phone and must return required documentation within two (2) business days. One alternate winner may be selected if necessary.

6. PRIZES (92 Total)

Ninety-two (92) winners will each receive one (1) Bluetooth speaker. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $49.99. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,599.08.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash redemption permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and Administrator from liability arising from participation or acceptance and use of any prize.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to use of name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without further compensation.
