1) Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Motive Marketing Group (“Administrator”), Infinium Spirits, Inc. (“Sponsor”), or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2) Entry Period: The entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3) How to Enter:

1. Scan the QR code located on merchandised point-of-sale materials at participating retail locations, and you will be taken to an online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Standard data rates may apply. Not all carriers and plans include internet access. See your wireless carrier plan for pricing details.
2. Alternatively, visit https://slktxt.io/1faqB during the Entry Period and complete the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period. The use of multiple email addresses, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

4) Drawing Pools and Winner Selection:

1. On or about August 7, 2026, Administrator will conduct random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Entries will be segmented into separate drawing pools based on the state of residence and retailer information provided by the entrant at the time of entry. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received in each respective drawing pool. Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
2. Local Market Prize Pools: The following winners will be drawn from the applicable local market pools:
3. One (1) winner drawn from entries in which the entrant identified Jewel-Osco as the retailer where they saw the promotion.
4. One (1) winner drawn from entries submitted by residents of Michigan.

 iii. One (1) winner drawn from entries submitted by residents of Ohio.

1. Three (3) winners drawn from entries submitted by residents of California.
2. National Prize Pool: One (1) winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries not assigned to a local market pool.

5) Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of being contacted and return all required signed documents within twenty-four (24) hours thereafter. Failure to respond or return the required documentation within the specified timeframes will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries in the applicable drawing pool.

6) Prizes:

1. Local Market Prizes (6 winners): Each local market winner (one Jewel-Osco winner, one Michigan winner, one Ohio winner, and three California winners) will receive one (1) Traeger Woodridge Pro Grill (model as specified by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,000.00).
2. National Prize (1 winner): The national winner will receive one (1) Traeger Woodridge Pro Grill (model as specified by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,000.00).

Total ARV of all prizes combined: Seven Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($7,000.00). Prizes will be shipped by Administrator to the verified mailing address provided by the winner. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Alcohol is not awarded as part of any prize.

7) General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

8) Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

9) Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10) Disputes: You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in San Diego, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

11) Winner Information: The names of the prize winners will be available after August 21, 2026.
