1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The Corralejo Tequila Bike Text-to-Win Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Infinium Spirits, Inc., 510 Market Street, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92101 (“Sponsor”) and administered by Motive Marketing Group, 31103 Rancho Viejo Road, Suite D-2113, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 (“Administrator”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, alcohol beverage licensees (including distributors and retailers), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter in one of two ways:

1. QR Code Entry: Scan the QR code located on the merchandised point of sale materials, and you will be taken to an online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Standard data rates may apply. Not all carriers and plans include internet. See your wireless carrier plan for pricing details.

2. Online Entry: Visit https://slktxt.io/1dXut and complete the online entry form.
   
   Limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of multiple e-mail addresses or numbers, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about July 15, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select ten (10) Grand Prize Winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by text, email, or phone at the contact information provided at entry.

Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, each potential winner must complete and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance/Publicity Consent and Release form. This form must be fully executed and submitted within two (2) business days of notification. Failure to return the completed form within the stated timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate potential winner will be contacted.

6. GRAND PRIZES (10 Total)

Grand Prize Award (ARV: $2,899.00):

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Revi Bikes Cheetah Café Racer Fat Tire Electric Bike (model as specified by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $2,899.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $28,990.00.

Prize consists only of the electric bike as described; color, features, and configuration are subject to availability and selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any assembly, accessories, registration requirements, maintenance, or use of the bike. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor/Administrator will not provide additional compensation or reimbursement for any tax obligations.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding. Released Parties (Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates) are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind; (b) unauthorized human intervention; (c) late, lost, or misdirected entries; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and his or her entry) who tampers or attempts to tamper with or abuse the entry process or the Sweepstakes website in any way or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted, eligible nominee or the authorized account holder who submitted the nomination shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY CONTEST WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.infiniumspirits.com/privacy-policy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

In case of Disputes: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys’ fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
