Official Rules for the “Bacardi USA Orlando Concert” Sweepstakes

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED.

  1. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in Florida and are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Employees of Motive Marketing Group (“Administrator”), Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. (“Sponsor”), or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
  2. Entry Period:  The entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on September 15th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 31st, 2025 “Entry Period”. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
  3. How to Enter:  A person entering the Sweepstakes is an “Entrant”:
    1. Visit https://slktxt.io/1bjlE during the Entry Period and complete the entry form to receive one (1) entry.
    1. Scan the QR code located on the merchandised point of sale materials, and you will be taken to an online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Standard data rates may apply. Not all carriers and plans include internet. See your wireless carrier plan for pricing details.
    1. Limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of multiple e-mail addresses or numbers, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.
  4. Drawing:
    1. On November 1st, 2025, Administrator will select FIVE (5) winners in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winner within two (2) business days of the drawing, using the contact information on the entry form.
  5. Potential Winner Requirements:  Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within two (2) business days, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only ONE (1) alternate potential winner may be contacted.
  6. Prizes:
    1. FIVE (5) Winners will receive the “Prize” which is two (Two (2) 3-Day VIP tickets to EDC®  Orlando at Tinker Field in Orlando, FL scheduled to take place November 7, 2025 to November 9, 2025 (the “Festival”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,114.28). Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest.  Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and must abide by all venue and Festival policies: https://orlando.electricdaisycarnival.com/guide/faq/, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute.  Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Resale of tickets is prohibited.  By claiming tickets, you agree to Front Gate Tickets Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes not included in the above Prize.  The winner will be issued a 1099 for the value of the prize. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer and/or venue. Tickets are valid only for the dates specified and may not be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Alcohol is not included with the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or changes to the Festival for any reason, and no substitution or compensation will be provided in such event. Any additional expenses incurred in connection with attending the Festival, including but not limited to transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) Prize per person. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are nontransferable.
  7. General Conditions: Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and W-9 form and return it within five (5) days of attempted delivery to qualify as the winner of a prize. The winner may bring a guest.  If there are insufficient entries or the potential winner forfeits a prize for any reason, the Sponsor may conduct an alternate drawing or choose to have the forfeited prize(s) remain unawarded.  In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
  8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); Insomniac Holdings, LLC, Insomniac, Inc., Insomniac Entertainment, Inc., City of Orlando and each of their respective parents, partners, shareholders, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, affiliates, and employees (collectively “EDC Orlando”) their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You agree to release the Released Parties  from any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
  9. Privacy and Publicity:  Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  10. Disputes:  You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
  11. Publicity Rights:

Winners and guests consent to the use of their name, voice, signature, photograph, and/or image, likeness or biography (“Publicity Rights”) by the Sponsor, and Sponsor’s agents and licensees for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Except where prohibited by law, the selected Entrant’s acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Giveaway Entities to use said selected Entrant’s Publicity Rights, statements, biographical information, city and state address for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes in connection with the Giveaway or otherwise to promote Sponsor’s business, on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, and later developed, devised or invented, in perpetuity, without review, approval, permission or further compensation.

  1. CONTENT SUBMISSION: All entries and all photos that may be included therein become the exclusive property of Sponsor. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants: (1) grant the Sponsor permission to use, in perpetuity and at our sole discretion, your Publicity Rights  on Sponsor’s website and any other promotional materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter created, devised or developed, without further compensation to Entrant unless prohibited by law; (2) represent and warrant that Entrant is  the original creator of all visual, audiovisual, and written material included the entry or subsequently produced and delivered to Sponsor, and that such material does not contain any elements created or owned by anyone else, or anything that violates a trademark, tradename, logo, likeness, copyright, patent, publicity, privacy or other rights of anyone else; (3) represent and warrant that no visual, audiovisual, and/or written material included in the entry has been produced or commercially exploited before; and (4) represent and warrant that no visual, audiovisual, and/or written material included in the entry or subsequently produced and delivered to Sponsor contains any defamatory, libelous, illegal or obscene content.

  3. Sponsor and Administrator:  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bacardi U.S.A., Inc., 3011 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 900, Coral Gables, FL 33134, and is administered by Motive Marketing Group.
  4. Live Nation and EDC Orlando are not Sponsors of the Sweepstakes, and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.  All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor. EDC is a registered trademark of Insomniac Holdings, LLC.
