Official Rules for the “Bacardi USA California Concert Gift Card” Sweepstakes

    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

    A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED.

    1. Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in California and are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Employees of Motive Marketing Group (“Administrator”), Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. (“Sponsor”), or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
    2. Entry Period:  The entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on August 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 1st, 2025 “Entry Period”. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
    3. How to Enter:
      1. Visit https://slktxt.io/1aM9Y during the Entry Period and complete the entry form to receive one (1) entry.
      1. Scan the QR code located on the merchandised point of sale materials, and you will be taken to an online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Standard data rates may apply. Not all carriers and plans include internet. See your wireless carrier plan for pricing details.
      1. Limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of multiple e-mail addresses or numbers, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.
    4. Drawing:
      1. On November 3rd, 2025, Administrator will select ONE (1) winner in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winner within two (2) business days of the drawing, using the contact information on the entry form.
    5. Potential Winner Requirements:  Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within two (2) business days, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only ONE (1) alternate potential winner may be contacted.
    6. Prizes:
      1. ONE (1) Winner will receive one (1) $500  Live Nation® e-gift card (“Gift Card”).  Gift Card may be used toward the purchase of tickets sold through the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites and in the Live Nation mobile app for Live Nation-produced events in the United States.  Gift Card is not redeemable at venue box offices. Gift Card cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, fan clubs, other gift cards and select ticket packages. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster® and other tickets not sold directly by Live Nation. Other exclusions may apply. Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards, gift certificates or other coupons. Gift Card may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without Live Nation’s prior written approval and may not be transferred or sold other than through authorized Live Nation channels. Live Nation reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if it believes that the Gift Card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means. If the Gift Card holder’s purchase exceeds the amount of that Gift Card’s balance, the Gift Card holder must pay the difference by another means. Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable. Gift Card is not returnable or redeemable for cash except in states where it is required by law. Use of Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and the additional terms found here, which are subject to change at any time without notice. The use of a Gift Card on the Live Nation and Ticketmaster websites is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on each site.  Approximate Retail Value of the prize is: Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) .       1. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are nontransferable.
    7. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
    8. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”); their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You agree to release the Released Parties  from any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
    9. Privacy and Publicity:  Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
    10. Disputes:  You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.

Live Nation is not a Sponsor of the Sweepstakes and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the verification of winners or the fulfillment of prizing.  All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor.
